The accuracy of an analytical measurement is defined as the closeness of agreement between a test result or measurement result and the true value. It usually requires calibration of the analytical method with a known standard. This is often done with standards of several concentrations to make a calibration or working curve.
Therefore standards are essential reagents for achieving an optimal performance and quantification with analytical instrumentations. The batches obtained for standards defined as Quality Controlled Standards (QCSs)
do not allow carrying out the homogeneity/stability studies needed for certification, but they have been developed following the guidelines of ISO Guides Series 30, and the analytical method for quantification and assignment of purity is liquid chromatography coupled to ESI-MS/MS
We are continually adding QCS products to our available catalogue menu, as well as certificating the QCSs as CRMs. We are also able to manufacture customized orders (for specific amounts or formats) to meet our customers´ requirements.
